Valuation

Arrange a free HMO valuation where we will let you know what you could receive in rent for each room, how we arrived at that figure and it could be improved. We’ll also go through the process so you know what to expect.

Marketing

We prepare all of your marketing materials. We dress, photograph and video your rooms and communal spaces, professionally editing them to show your HMO in the best possible light.

Launch

Your rooms will be launched on all our social media channels to gather interest as well as our website. We will also launch it on Co-Living specific portals including SpareRoom.

Viewings

We’ll conduct both physical and virtual viewings to reach a wide audience. This flexibility helps in attracting quality tenants and means we can choose the best tenant for you.

Paperwork

We meticulously review applications and references to ensure proper tenant selection. We will prepare the tenancy agreement and ensure compliance before proceeding. We stay up to date with legislation to provide peace of mind.

Move in

After both parties have signed the tenancy agreement and the deposit has been collected, it's time for the tenant to receive their keys. From this point onwards, you can sit back and watch your investment return come in every month
